Initially we did not plan on a windshield replacement in Sultan. We went out to do window repair in Sultan (rock chip repair) and met the customer in a parking lot while they were running errands in Monroe. Upon arriving there, I found out that the chip I was going to repair had already been repaired.
The customer had just bought the newer Buick used, and it looked like another company had repaired the windshield previously at some point. They were quite surprised to find out that it was repaired before, though it looked as if it hadn’t been. Upon realizing this, I advised them that it won’t spread or get any worse, but they opted to go with a full replacement. I rescheduled them for later the next week and ordered their new windshield that same day.
Windshield replacement in Sultan is often caused by truck traffic on US 2. Anyone that drives on US 2 knows what I am talking about. Large logging trucks, service trucks, sanding the roads. Yeah, it’s tough.
We believe doing what’s best for the customer is super important. In this case, we could have just filled the chip and moved on, but the customer wanted a full windshield replacement. There are not many places to do windshield repair or replacement in Sultan, but since we are a mobile auto glass provider and installer, we were able to help them out. Which is the most important thing.
On the day of installation, I went to their home in Sultan and replaced their windshield and calibrated their lane departure cameras. After we were done, their car was as good as new, and their insurance handled the rest.
